All online orders will be shipped within 72 hours or Three business days.

Pre order items 
In stock items and pre order items purchased in the same transaction will be shipped together on the pre order shipping date. The dispatch date is an estimation, we will keep you informed when experiencing delays. 

 

 Returns 

Lionel the Label accepts returns in exchange for a store credit. Please email lionelthelabel@gmail.com to request a return. 
Refunds will not be issued unless the product arrives faulty or damaged. 
  • Item/s must be returned within 30 days. 
  • In brand new condition
  • All tags, hygiene stickers and packaging must be attached and in original place. 
  • Must be unworn and not washed. 
  • No marks, makeup stains or deodorant residue. 
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
All sale item purchases are final. We do not offer exchanges on sale items.
